OUR SHIPPING PARTNER
Orders placed at KrampusSpirit are fulfilled by Flaviar (formerly SpeakeasyCo). As liquor sales within the U.S. are highly regulated, we are not able to distribute our products directly to our customers in different states. In order to satisfy the complex regulations, we partner with Flaviar who is authorized to deliver shipments across multiple states.

AGE CONFIRMATION
You must be of legal drinking age to purchase spirits. In addition, a person age 21+must sign for the order. As deliveries usually happen during business hours, we suggest shipping to a work address if possible.
Since we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.
SHIPPING
• We cannot ship to a PO Box, including military bases, FedEx, UPS or Walgreens as they will not accept other local carriers' packages.• Orders are generally delivered within 3-15 business days from purchase.
• Tracking information will be sent to customers once fulfillment is completed, typically within 5 business days unless one of the below conditions apply.
• All sales are final - No returns or exchanges. Shipping carriers will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If you cannot accept delivery during these attempts, the product will be returned to us. If you would like us to reship your order, an additional $40 fee will be applied. Please note that we are charged $20 for the return shipping and an additional $20 should you choose to reship, the $40 reship fee covers the shipping costs associated with your order.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event of a missing or damaged item upon delivery, photos are required which include the item(s), packaging, and invoice of the shipment received. Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
A replacement will be offered based on availability or a refund on items missing/damaged.
In the event your package was not delivered, or damaged while in transit customers are responsible to report non delivery within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days we are no longer able to offer a refund or replacement of said purchase.
